Here is a rundown of the games our staff have been playing this past week –

Unlock: The Formula – Unlock! is a cooperative card game inspired by escape rooms that uses a simple system which allows you to search scenes, combine objects, and solve riddles
Unlock: The Elite The Elite is a twenty-card mini adventure for Unlock!, the card-driven escape room game from Space Cowboys!
Seafall – SeaFall is a 4X-inspired game (without player elimination/extermination) set in an “age of sail” world reminiscent of our world.
Heart of the Crown – Heart of Crown is a deck-building card game. Each player starts with the same deck, strengthens that deck with strategic cards, and finally one player will declare victory by throning the princess he controls.
The Godfather: Corleone’s Empire – You play as competing mafia families who are vying for economic control of the organized crime networks of New York City.
Fabled Fruit – Fabled Fruit is a Fable game, a new and unique concept in game experiences, where the gameplay changes over time. The game starts in an initial, simple state, but as you explore deeper into the game system, the mechanisms and gameplay will evolve over time.
Kingdomino – In Kingdomino, you are a Lord seeking new lands in which to expand your kingdom. You must explore all the lands, wheat fields, lakes, and mountains in order to spot the best plots.
Islebound – In Islebound, you take command of a ship and crew. You sail to island towns, collecting resources, hiring crew, and commissioning buildings for your capital city.
Century: Spice Road – In Century: Spice Road, players are caravan leaders who travel the famed silk road to deliver spices to the far reaches of the continent for fame and glory.

Rattus – Rattus is a medium-strategy game that takes place in the Dark Ages during the black plague. The players try to hold off the disease.
To do this they get help from farmers, magicians, knights, nobles, … But nothing helps as long as the rats keep coming.
Plague Inc. – Plague Inc: The Board Game is a strategic game of infection, evolution and extinction for 1-5 people. Each player is a deadly disease and they must battle against each other to spread their plagues, develop new symptoms and ultimately wipe out humanity.
New Angeles – In New Angeles, you gain control of one of six megacorporations, then you use your wealth and influence to create more wealth and more influence.

Cottage Garden – In Cottage Garden, you compete in the art of gardening and are working two beds with a variety of flowers and garden elements to gain points.
Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective – Enter the gaslit world of Sherlock Holmes with a map of Whitechapel, newspapers hot-off-the-press for every case, and ten unique casebooks. It’s time to put your mind to the test!
The Bloody Inn – In The Bloody Inn, you are one of a number of competitive innkeepers, bent on amassing the most wealth. Unfortunately, your morals hinder you from robbing your guests… at least while they’re alive. Fortunately, your scruples have no qualms with murder.
Dixit – the illustrated game of creative guesswork, where your imagination unlocks the tale!

Runewars – Runewars pits players against each other in a strategic game of battles and area control, where they must gather resources, raise armies, and lay siege to heavily fortified cities.

Infinity – Infinity is a game with 28mm high metal miniatures that simulates combat and special operations in a science fiction environment with Manga aesthetics

The Virgin Queen – Virgin Queen: Wars of Religion 1559-1598 is a game of grand strategy for two to six players based on the military, political and religious conflicts within Europe during the reigns of Elizabeth I of England and Philip II of Spain.
Star Realms: Colony Wars – In Colony Wars, as in Star Realms, players will start with a fleet (deck) of 10 basic ships, and can spend Trade to acquire more powerful ships and bases from a central trade row of 5 cards.
