Previously, I had locked myself into a rather large Zone Mortalis building, assembling and painting project. Purchasing enough (I thinkā€¦) various kits to provide me with all manner of columns, walls, doors, platforms, stairs and a plethora of assorted bits and pieces…not to mention the eight tiles themselves…and a bunch of other stuff I had lying around…Once I had bought, trimmed and assembled the various parts it would be fair to say that I had a whole lot of stuff.

If you asked me what I thought of the year 2020, I’d have to say it was a fantastic year for my hobbies… everything else aside. True, I didn’t get in as many games as I would have liked. Also true, I didn’t get to have as many good times with friends around the gaming table as in previous years. Sump Sea Board and Accoutrements – Part One: Superfluous Sump Seasoning While The Sump Board Simmers.

There are noticeable differences between a ‘normal sized’ project and a ‘really big’ project. Obviously, the size of the project, but that also affects the time required…an element that I tend to consider less than I should. Focus can be an issue on some projects, especially the larger ones, which require a larger time commitment. Fending off the mid-project doldrums is the name of the game this time…let’s see if I can get some much needed hobby bonus energy out of messing about.

Monster Fight Club Terrain Review

Two weeks ago, the Sentry Box received its first delivery of the new Monster Fight Club Scenery and whenever we bring in a new product line like this we like to open it up and add it to our terrain collection as we feel that it’s only fair, if we want you to pay money for it, we show you that we believe in it and spend our money on it too.

I Wasn’t Sure If I Could Write A Whole Article On Walkways And Bridges…But Then I did…And Also Some Mould Making Stuff At The End.

Necromunda offers a dynamic and structurally challenging gaming experience. This is doubly true if you have lots of scenery. Furthering this dynamism are the two gaming setting of Sector Mechanicus (Sprawling and ever climbing vertical play area) and Zone Mortalis (essentially a flat gaming area) both distinct and very different from each other. We are going to focus in on Sector Mechanicus and the towers of the Hive cities…or more exactly, the bridges of varying length and construction that hold those lofty spires together.
